PCB V-Cutting Saw Blade -

    V-CUT blade is also called Micro carving blade or V-groove blade. It is mainly on the printed circuit board

(PCB) cut out the "V" groove so as to  facilitate the forming of the circuit board.

     In the circuit board printing, with the continuous improvement of production process and work efficiency, V-

CUT blade was invented (including alloy V-CUT blade and diamond V-CUT blade).It is more suitable for the

precision machining of the circuit board than the original  tools .Owing to its longer service life, higher hardness,

wear resistance increases, cutting V groove is more smooth, no burr, sharp blade edge and other characteristics,

greatly improve the production efficiency and quality of PCB.
